About Us

Tanya and Jim are a husband-and-wife team who have a deep passion for helping people. They both have extensive leadership and customer service skills which they have expertly developed throughout their careers and are excited to leverage these passions to help other local professionals. They operate from a customer service mindset because your sign project isn’t just another job for them, it’s an opportunity to make a connection and do something great. Their motto is “Let us take you there!” What do they mean by that? It means let them take you “there” to your own version of paradise, but also “there” which is wherever you want your business to soar! Jim has over 40 years of experience as a senior manager for a natural gas utility in the Washington, DC area. He is a true expert at managing complex logistical emergencies with a calm, commanding leadership style. He has led teams of up to 200+ and has been responsible for the safety and well-being of over 500,000 customers at any given time. Tanya has 25 years of experience in the corporate world, holding varying senior and executive leadership positions in both the natural gas/energy sector, as well as one of the top three largest financial institutions. She has been dedicated for the last 15 years as an executive-level leader responsible for customer service teams of 3,500+ members and the delivery of excellent service to hundreds of thousands of customers. Her passion is creating and driving an engaging and fun culture within her organization and allowing that positive culture to drive an excellent customer experience.
