About Us

Florida Homes & Loans is a local all in one business for both Real Estate and Mortgage needs. Why work with multiple companies to purchase a home when you can establish a relationship with somebody who can do both? You won't be passed around to different agents or representatives here. We take care of our customers, no matter what your need is. I opened the office inside Merritt Square Mall so people can experience a one-on-one service if desired since everything is pretty much virtual/online now.
For the Real Estate side of things, we do it all, whether you want to buy, sell or lease out a property. We have agents all over Florida and can recommend agents through out the nation within our network. We market both locally and internationally.
For the Mortgage side, we have a mortgage brokerage. As a brokerage, we can provide you with wholesale interest rates and prices. Feel free send us your current pre-approval and loan estimate, we can beat all competitors. We shop different lenders on your behalf to get you the BEST deal there is for your mortgage. On top of that, we do not have additional guidelines within our company. We offer loans on Condotels, Manufactured homes, Luxury homes, Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Construction to perm, refinances, investment homes, second homes, foreign nationals, and the list goes on.
